Great Reasons to Choose Gas-Run Power Washers

While maintaining industrial environments, the machines used for cleaning must be powerful, highly mobile, and feature tough construction. For this reason, gas-runpower washers are the favorite choice of maintenance professionals when it comes to cleaning vast industrial areas.

Pressure cleaning machines that run on electricity have to be connected to electrical sockets to run. The gas-powered versions do not have this limitation and are more mobile. The absence of electrical cords eliminates the risk of tripping over wires during the cleaning process. If you are searching for the best gas-run power cleaners, you must check out the Super Max™ series available from Daimer®.

Super Max™ power washers are notable for a number of reasons – they are compact, portable, powerful, versatile, and come with wheeled configurations. The Super Max™ 12500 GE is an excellent gas pressure washer machine designed to efficiently handle tough cleaning jobs in industrial areas. When you need to clean vast, outdoor areas with a limited supply of electricity, the 18 HP gas engine of this power cleaning equipment perfectly resolves the situation.

Other notable features of the Super Max™ 12500 GE are flow rates of 5 GPM and high pressure levels of 3000 psi. These power washers also come with large water tanks that can easily be mounted on trucks or skids. Since these tanks can hold huge volumes of water, they help complete contracted jobs in which cleaning experts may often have to work non-stop for long periods.

Power washers like the Super Max™ 12500 GE feature tough construction, high-grade components, and advanced technologies to offer you the best cleaning results ever.

Power Washers - Paint Removal Applications

Removing old paint, graffiti, and painting “accidents” is a difficult task unless you use the right equipment. Daimer® offers topnotch power washers used for removing a variety of dirt and chemicals from concrete, metal, stone, granite, fiberglass, and other hard surfaces.

Daimer®’s power washers offer high temperatures and pressure levels to blast the dirt right off the surface. Much of this dirt includes the buildup of grease, pollutants, burnt hydrocarbons, molds, algae, and post-construction residual mortar. With the addition of a good detergent, these power washers are able to remove much of graffiti, grease, and paint.

When graffiti, rust, corrosion, and chemical layers are too difficult to remove using a spray of water, you can use power washers with wet sandblasting systems, such as Daimer®’s Super Max™ 9000 WS, to clear away spots of paint and corrosion. Daimer®’s machines use wet sandblasting rather than the more conventional dry sandblasting. Wet sandblasting has certain advantages over the dry method:
• No sand dust
• Minimal protective gear
• No risk of respiratory problems due to sand inhalation
• More streamlined sand spray

Daimer®’s power washers are appropriate for many applications besides paint and graffiti removal. The Super Max™ 9000 WS, with a pressure level of 1500 psi and flow rate of 2.8 GPM, is one of many wet sandblasting power washers from Daimer®. In addition to temperature levels as high as 250°F, this machine has a durable, high performance heating coil that converts cold water to hot water in just 30 seconds. (Note: Do not use the wet sandblasting feature with hot water.Only cold water should be mixed with sand to create the blasting medium.) This enables the user to utilize this machine for many purposes other than sandblasting, such as removal of heavy layers of grease, molds, and other dirt.
