Power Washers – The Benefits of Multi-Gun Operations

Power washers with a multi-gun option can tremendously speed up the cleaning process. Two or three operators can simultaneously use these machines.

Using power washers for two applications concurrently usually comes with a noticeable drop in the water pressure level. Daimer® offers power washers with a multi-gun option that enables high powered cleaning, no matter how many people are using the machine.

Then there is a second advantage multi-gun power washers have: they allow the use of two or more nozzles simultaneously. The Super Max™ 15200, for example, is a stationary pressure washer with a multi-gun option, which includes nozzle degree orientations of 0°, 15°, 25°, and 40°. Ordinary power washers allow the use of only one nozzle at a time. If you need to switch to a different nozzle, you have to power down the machine and fix the new nozzle to the wand before proceeding. The Super Max™ 15200, however, allows the operators to use two nozzles at the same time, reducing washing time considerably.

Besides supporting different types of cleaning, power washers with multi-gun operations can also speed up a single cleaning application, as two users are faster than one. For example, the Super Max™ 15200, once equipped with the multi-gun option, can allow multiple people to work on different sections of a factory floor.
